A week ago I was going through the change service location widget online because I'm moving to Texas October 4th to a location with no Comcast service. Well I was told after filling out the information that my services would terminate on the 4th and that my last bill would be a prorated amount until the 4th and low and behold my next bill comes a week later and I'm being billed from the 27th of September until the 26th of October!!!! What's going on? Also when I check my account it is showing that I'm suddenly at a monthly rate twice that of what I'm currently being billed. I can't get any customer service to help me. What do I do?
