Billing

Last month, my internet stopped working and I called for a tech.  The first one could not find the problem and a second one came the next day.  He investigated and found that no signal was coming through the line strung over the roof from the back yard terminus.  He replaced that cable and it then worked fine.  To my surprise, I was billed $124.00 for a "roof installation".  It was comcasts equipment that failed.  So I went to the store and the clerk said it must be a mistake and that a credit would be issued on the August bill.  No credit was issued.  Can you tell me if this charge is correct?  Shouldn't Comcast at least give an estimate of the charges?

Re: Billing

Hello immyleslie. I can review this charge that has appeared on your bill. I will need to review your account billing ledger. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
