Billing question

My bill increased from $129 to $132, and I have no idea why. I still have almost 16 months left on my 24 month bundle contrat.

This happened 2 months ago when I got xfinitymobile which is supposed to be included in my bundle, and it seems to be about the same amount as my mobile bill. I am being billed seperately for my moble phone, so why the increase in my regular bill.

Have you taken your recent bill and compared it with past bills to find out where the price increase was?  Also, did you check your past bills to read any information about an increase somewhere?

Yes, I have looked at all my past invoices, and the only thing that has changed is that hidden area that says "Additional services and equipment".  I can't find where any of those are listed.  If I would have seen the reason my bill increasted, I would have known why, and phoned to complain if it was unjust.

Please note that the bundle package pricing is the agreed upon rate, and equipment, add-on's, upgrades, taxes and fees are excluded from the terms of the agreement pricing, unless otherwise noted.
