Billing issue

The reason I am writing is that my bill is way to high for what I have. I have a late fee and a service charge that I was told last month was eliminated from my bill. I paid the full amount that I was told to pay by someone in billing and they said it was taken off and this month I received a higher bill.

I have been having the same issue for 5 months know and I have to fight every month because the lovely people that work there say oh I will give you a credit , Pay this amount and my bill says to pay that amount and the next month I get a bill saying you owe us 20.00 . No I do not I was told this and I am not paying , well I don't see it or some bull they try pulling something They say I am going to give you a credit then you have to call back and fight for that credit. Good luck because they are still screwing me
