Billing error

Dear sir/ Madam,

my most recent bill reflects an 11$ carry over from my previous bill. Total is now 141.19. Usual monthly bill runs around 131. 65. I was told by a Comcast agent via telephone that I would be given 11.02$ as a total credit, for loss of service during hurricane Irma. The breakdown of this credit was reflected within my account. Because  of this I paid 120.63 on Oct. 4 instead of the usual billing amount of 131.65.

i respectfully request that you look into this and credit my account with the 11.02$
