Billed for defective cable box replacement?

I had a problem with the sound on my cable box. A technician came to replace the box. Then I was billed $60 for the technician to come to my house, spend my time, to replace Xfiniti's defective box. Is this the business Xfinity runs? Sell me a defective service, then charge me to fix their defective service. What a deal. Maybe when they are not hitting the profit numbers for the quarter they can make my other boxes defective to charge me another round of $60 per visit to replace thier other defective equipment.
