I was never informed that I'd be charged $70 for an employee to come to my home for 10 minutes and give me a longer extension. This is ridiculous

I apologize if this was not communicated to you. Any time we have to send a tech out for repairs there is normally a charge associated unless you have the Service Protection Plan, or if the issue was due to our equipment.
