Bill went up a lot

My already high bill increased last month to the point where I can't afford it. I'd rather not go through the hassle of changing providers but I feel like I don't have a choice. Are there any deals or anything that can be applied so I can afford to stay with Xfinity Comcast?

I would obviously like to keep as much as possible. I guess my main question is why did it go up about $40/month?
