I spent almost 3 hours on the Chat line with JASMEEN on Nov 16 2017 sorting out my bill. I finished up very satisfied with the results.

I have attempted to pay my bill several time, but it has not been updated to reflect the agreement we came to.

Please tell me when my bill will be updated.

You people make it very hard to contact any person who is prepared to listen to problems, all they do is go over the same old script time and time again.

It takes away the any respect I have for this company.
