Bill increase

I recently noticed that my promotion has ended and my bill went up.  For whatever reason it actually went higher than the recent price card I received from September. Regardless, I am hoping that I could work with someone from Comcast to remain within the same promotion pricing.  I do like the package I had since it was competivite with alternative offers from competition when looking at alternative television/internet service providers.

I was able to talk to customer service and resolve my billing questions. No need to respond.
