Bill has gone up almost $20

If someone could help me out, I noticed that by bundle discount has changed I'm guessing its because my 12 or 24 month promotion has changed. It would have been nice to get advance notice that was ending. Anyhow if someone can reply to me so that this can be confirmed that would be great. 

 

Also I have been getting charged a 2.50 fee for equipment that is inactive, I don't have any comcast equipment that needs to be returned.
