Bill Just Skyrocketed. Need to keep bill at old rate.

I am living in a home for people with disabilities and we are on a fixed income.  We got the xfinity triple play with digital prefered package two years ago for a grand total of 151.98 including fees.  I find out online today that now our bill has skyrocketed to 209 and change.  We cannot afford to pay our bill at this rate.  I tried to go to manage our plan to downgrade to a package that we can afford but I was only given the more expensive packages.  Can someone at comcast please get us a package that moves us back down to our original rates or at least within 20 dollars of it.  Any help would be appreciated.  We love the service but if we cannot get the bill lowered I will have to move us to another company.

Good luck with that. Only new customers get a fairly decent deal.

good to go. My antenna is on a pole next to my chimney and i receive over

65 channels absolutely free.
