Bill Increase with no good options on new contract

Bill Increase with no good options on new contract

In the past, I've always been able to renew my Comcast contract and get a new promotional bundle that keeps my bill at the same price. This is the first time my contract has expired and I'm not being presented wtih any good options. All I'm being offered are bundles that raise my bill and take away services. I could deal with one or the other, but both is pretty hard to swallow. Is anyone else experiencing this for the first time?

I've been going through this for the past couple years now... I feel your sorrow.  Luckily, AT&T just laid some fiber in my area, so I will have a nice alternative!!!!

Thanks Smiley Happy We have  Google Fiber coming, so might be an option. I've always had Comcast and hate to switch, but it feels like they're not even trying to keep existing customers!

I know. It's so frustrating. I don't mind paying a little more than the intro price, but my bill has jumped up $30 and they are taking away my HBO! Do you mind sharing the phone number you got?
