I CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THE RUN AROUND THAT I AM GOING THROUGH WITH MY SERVICE AND THE BILLING CREDIT FOR ALL THAT ALL OF US HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH. AS IF WE DIDN'T HAVE OTHER THING TO BE DEALING WITH AFTER THIS HURRICANE, I ASK FOR CREDIT FOR NOT HAVING SERVICE FROM SEPT 6 - 25  AND WAS GIVEN A $53.55 CREDIT AND HAD ASK FOR A DETAIL OF THE CREDIT LIKE THE DAYS OF THE CREDIT AS WELL OF MY DAILY RATE FOR MY SERVICE. ALL THE GOT WAS THE DAY OF THE CREDIT BEEN APPLIED. THE WEB PAGE THAT COMCAST HAD BEFORE IS BETTER YOU WHERE ABOUT TO LOOK UP ALL OF YOUR CREDITS AND CHARGES AS WELL OF PAYMENTS APPLIED WHY DID THEN GO BACK TO THAT WEB PAGE...................
