BILL ALWAYS RISING AND NO HELP

 ive reached out to multipule service reps and no one has helped, comcast is setting a bad name for themselves not only for billing but customer service wise as well, i hate to cancle but im sorry comcast i dont feel like a loyal customer thats valued. theres no reason for me to stay if all im getting is just the run around while im seeking for help on lowering my bill, rather than forcing to switch to somewhere else. youd think comcast would care more about their existing customers rather than completly ignore them and show them no value. 

 

really dissapointed from my experience with comcast.By this time next week im saying bye to comcast!
