Autopay no longer working

Autopay no longer working

I have been on autopay for many years to the same credit card.  Suddenly I see with the latest bill that I am overdue. I never turned off my autopay nor did my credit card information change so I should not have an overdue account.

When I logged into my account online it says "Autopayment:   Turned OFF"....but I never turned it off???

I should not be late nor should I receive a late fee.  What is the best way to turn my auto pay back on since it appears you are the one who stopped it?

Hi nancy34. I can take a look into your account payment settings and notes to see if there are any evident reasons as to why or how this got switched off. To get started, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.

Tried to PM Comcast person as was requested but keep getting an message saying I've exceeded the number allowed of private messages????  Really as I have never sent a PM before on this board.    

This is truly exasperating because after posting this last message I reset up auto pay and again with DEC 11 bill it says I am late because no payment was made!!!
