Automatic e-bills in online banking and paperless settings at comcast

Hi,

 

I pay all comcast bills from my online banking account. It was configured from the bank side, I just requested e-bills from Comcast to be sent to my bank. So far so good.

 

Today I logged in to Comcast and found that paperless settings are off. I obviously want to be as green as possible, so I turned it on, i.e. enabled EcoBill, or whatever name they use. Now I'm concerned if Comcast can stop sending e-bills to my bank and send them to my email instead? I don't want to miss my next payment, if my bank doesn't get (and hence doesn't pay) the e-bill this month.

I can check the settings that are enabled for Ecobill on your account. To protect the privacy of your account, please send me a private message verifying your first and last name, the phone number, street address, and the account number associated with your services. To send a private message click on my name "ComcastChe", then click private message me.
