Are you going to be kind and pro-rate our cable/internet bills for when we had no service after Irma

Help me Howard was just asked if the major internet providers could charge customers for service we didn't receive. He said the fine print says you can, but that it would be a really bad business decision and to contact him if you do charge us. 

Please remember that you can write this off as a business loss, but we can't.

I hope you choose to be fair to your customers.

We didn't have any problem after Hermine, so you probably won't either.  Just call and ask.  It isn't automatic.
