Account Page NOT reflecting my payment

Account Page NOT reflecting my payment

i have OCD so this type of thing can drive one mad.  Why does accoutn page say "PLease make payment for your remaining balance of xxxxxx" when I already MADE the payment last week of xxxxxx and Xfinity emailed me the confirmation of the payment??!!!!

I need the account page to say "Thank you for your payment"!! not "PLease make payment"!!
