Accidently ordered a movie not authorized

Accidently ordered a movie not authorized

My grandson had the remote earlier and I just got an email that a movie was purchased.I had a pin set up so that wouldnt happen so apparently that was removed somehow. How can I get that charge removed and my pin back. I tried to go through the email that I received that said to chat if unauthorized but it just freezes and gets me nowhere.

I can look into this for you. Please send me a private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, and the street address associated with your services, or the first and last name of the account holder and full account number.
