$70 residential trouble call

I moved to a new house and called into tech support for setting up the connection 9/2/2017. The self-install did not work and the rep on the phone was not able to solve the issue. Later I went to a local Xfinity store for pricing and the technical problem. Then a consultant scheduled an in-home service for me.

The tech arrived on 9/5/2017 and was able to solve the problem.

I was never informed about this charge by the consultant and the tech. The network issue is not my fault since my modem is ok.
