$60 for a service person YOU recommended!

$60 for a service person YOU recommended!

Someone tell me this is a joke.  I complained to comcast (@comcastcares) after calling and chatting about an internet issue.  My internet is constantly going in and out.  I finally convince them by taking screenshot of my internet speed while I was chatting them.

They said my modem was showing signal issues so they needed to send a service person to fix it.  The guy shows up and says there's no issue.  The next thing I know they charge me $60 service charge.

I, of course, called and they said, there's nothing they can do about the service charge!

So...

#1 - I continue to have issues with my internet yet I'm paying full price monthly.  I do not feel like I'm getting the service I'm paying for.

#2 - In order to get the service I'm paying for, I need to have a service person come out at my expense to fix it according to Comcast.

#3 - They didn't even fix it.  They came by plugged in a couple of wires and said it's fine.

Can someone from Comcast please look into this nonsense?

Hi edwardchoi9618, I can review this for you and if the issues still persist I can also schedule a technician visit.  Could you please send me a private message with your account information (name on account, address and account number).

Thank you
