300mb internet not available for packages? do I need to bail and come back to get a promo rate?

My xfinity contract is up in a few days and i wanted to move to a similar package with the 300mb internet.  For some reason there are no 300mb packages in my area. If i try to get the services split out it comes out much more expensive (plus i cant even get the 300mb for a promo rate!).  Is there anything i can do? Do i need to leave xfinity for another company then if maybe come back at a later date to get a proper rate/package?
