30-days with no services from Comcast/Xfinity. Promised credit, getting overdue billing notices!!!

After speaking with customer service on at least three occasions, I was promised a credit on my account for all of the days in which I received no services, i.e., Internet, Email, Television, etc., which totaled 30 days (1 month). I repeatedly explained I would not pay for services that were never received. Our area in FL was the last for repairs! Now, I'm receiving overdue billing notices for the month I was absent any Comcast/Xfinity services; this is just ludicrous. I'm disabled and issues such as this take a great toll on me physically. I also believe billing in this fashion to be fraudulent and against government code. I refuse to pay for non-services and if not credited in the near future, will hire counsel to represent me if that's what it takes to resolve this issue. Extremely poor customer relations, unprofessional mannerism, and unethical practices; all added "perks" of signing up with Comcast/Xfinity!

Hi Ms67GTO, I am showing you called in and per notes it looks like they were able to assist you with this.  If this is not the case please let me know.

Thank you
