My Apple MacBook Pro Laptop uses the WiFi at home just fine.
However, my other devices which include an iPad, iPhones and iPods, won't connect.
When we go to other locations, these devises connect to WiFi just fine.

We went to Comcast and traded in our old stuff for the new.
We were given the Touchstone Telephone Gateway model # TG862, made by Arris.
Welp, just got a new reply from Comcast.
They told us to bring our hardware in for a free upgrade. (crosses fingers)
yes. we are using the Comcast supplied modem.
I haven't gotten anywhere calling Comcast before. I suppose it's time to try again.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a router that works well?
Are you using a Comcast-supplied gateway modem? These devices are garbage, you're much better off buying your own router. Call Comcast and ask them to put the modem in bridge mode.
