Requested router but I have not received yet

Requested router but I have not received yet

To whom it may concern: I requested online a router few weeks ago and I have not receive it. I called two times comcast customer support but I have told to use the online support feature. Please advise how to check the status of my request. Thank you Federico Papa

Don't hold your breath.  No more free routers.  And don't get the gateway device.  Buy a wireless router yourself.

The link does not give a direct answer anymore.


All it said was that the free router program has been discontinued as of 11/29/2011 since Comcast is now utilizing all-in-one gateway devices (router/modem combo).

This is mostly a customer to customer forum -- we do not have access to your account information. You would need to contact Comcast http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/Customers/contactus/ContactUs.html or stop in at a Service Center http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/shop/retail/StoreLocator.html.

Hello,

You should have received a tracking number if you have ordered the router and a confirmation number.
