tv listing menu

It has been at least 6 days that the tv guide menu has not worked properly.  All or at least most of the listings say to be announced.  Customer service's answer to why is send a technician.  I just want to know if the tv listing service is going to function any time soon, or should I go buy a tv guide?

The CSR is right, you need a tech out to troubleshoot the out of band channel that the guide information is carried on.

 

Contact Comcast support and arrange a tech visit.
