bulk contracts

We have 48 units under bulk contract.  In these difficult times, some units are up for sale, others are in foreclosure.  All these are unoccupied.  Comcast refuses to credit us for the monthly charges on these units.  Any others out there with similar problem?

I suppose that if you have a contract you know what it requires of both parties.
