Why has HD channel for PAC-12 Mountain been replaced by yet another On Demand option in Denver????  As football season is just around the corner - hope this is rectified soon...

Some info at the link below that may be helpful:

http://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Channels-and-Programming/Pac-12-Network-quot-Channel-Flip-quot/m-p/2771...

This channel should still be available in HD on Ch. 840 in your area.

Found the below on your cable invoice dated June 7, 2016:

The following changes will occur on July 21: PAC-12 Mountain SD (ch 430) will move from Digital Starter to the Sports Entertainment
package. PAC-12 National HD will be added to Digital Starter and will replace PAC-12 Mountain HD on ch 840. PAC-12 National SD
(ch 431) will move from the Sports Entertainment package to Digital Starter. PAC-12 Mountain HD will no longer be available.

ComcastTeds: The OP asked:

Why has HD channel for PAC-12 Mountain been replaced?

You replied:

This channel should still be available in HD on Ch. 840 in your area.

But the bill note you quoted says channel 840 is now PAC-12 National, not Mountain:

... on July 21 ... PAC-12 National HD ... will replace PAC-12 Mountain HD on ch 840. ...

If the note is correct then the only PAC-12 Mountain channel that remains is SD channel 430, and then only if the OP subscribes to the SEP.

Apologies, yes, you have it correct.

The PAC 12 national feed will be in HD on ch. 840 and showcase the "bigger" PAC 12 sports like football that this customer mentioned.

The note on my cable bill says that the Pac12 NAtional SD (ch431) will move to Digital Starter...which I have.  However, I cannot find it on any channel number.  How do I get it it?  Which channel?

Apologies. Try channel 410 and in HD on channel 757 in your area.

I just called about this. Customer service (1-800-Xfinity) told me that if they have enough customer demand for Pac-12 Mountain in HD, they will consider adding it. She told me that they had had 5 other inquiries. Everyone who wants this should call and ask for this.

This is incorrect. Channel 410, at least in the Boulder area, is the Big 10 Network and Channel 757 is AMC.

The channel info provided above is accurate for that customer's lineup. That customer is not in Colorado.
