Recent changes to your service XRE-03121

Whenever I try to access my premium channels of HBO and Showtime, I receive the error message - recent ....XRE-03121.  This has been going over for about a month.  If I want to access a movie on these channels I can watch it.  Can anyone assist with this error?

Mine is doing the same thing. I changed my service and according to the channel line up, I should have these channels. But this is the error message I'm getting. Have yours been fixed?
