How is it possible for your agreement with Viacom to affect only Comedy Central in HD and not the other channels you provide? I was on chat on 10/21 with someone who could only tell me it is only available in SD, I tried explaining that I had HD on 10/18, but was told no it’s only available in SD. She told me someone would call me back within 24 hours. No one called so I called on 10/22. After getting the run around from customer service for more than 30 minutes I was transferred to customer support. They told me that the channel would no longer be available because they couldn’t come to an agreement. This is usually communicated by someone to consumers, but this was not communicated at all anywhere and is still listed as available to new customers on your website. It is one of the few channels that I watch so I am incredibly disappointed...
