Getting error code XRE-03121 on channel 809 and 29 only on Channel 9, WUSA

Getting this error code only on the channels which carry WUSA. But the DVR still records and plays back shows from this channel. Just cannot see it live.  The message on screen reads: "Sorry, there seems to be a problem here.  If you've made changes to your account recently, the update may still be in progress.If you haven't made any changes, please try watching another channel or try again later."
