Does this mean that someday it will show up or that I will have to have a tech send another "hit" to my box?

I got the HD package that is supposed to include all channels under 100 that have an associated HD channel. This should include ABCFamily and DISneyHD. SpeedHD just showed up the other day with the same message. Also, where is SpikeHD?

A hit could do it, but there could also be signal problems that are interfering with that channel. Either way, you need to call Comcast to get them to fix it.

If it's a moto box you can check your signal strength here.
