On the main Comcast.com page HD Preferred XF is listed as including STARZ and Streampix. If I have the HD Preferred XF Triple Play package in zip 32726 should I be getting these channels? Thanks

That is what it says.  You need to check with your area though as promotions are regional.   If your not getting those channels and you are subscribed to that package you need to call comcast as they might have your account set up wrong.  streampix is on the ondemand menu under premium channles by the way its not a channel in the guide.    If you go to the starz channels what does it say?

Starz is working now but Streampix is not. One phone rep today said Starz & Streampix is included while another rep said they are not. I'm just confused after some crazy billing issues that I spent 4 hours dealing with today because last month a rep decided to upgrade me to Preferred PLUS without asking. Now that Starz is working again I'm wondering if I'm back on PLUS again.

according to this link streampix is included for one year in that package.  If you have alternate info pleas post it.

Thanks for that link. When I attempt to access Streampix everything has $ signs and a "buy" button.

I spoke with a couple reps about this...one said Streampix is not included and the link I have must be from a third party(even though it's clearly on Comcast's site...the other rep said Streampix is included for 1 year ONLY if you sign a 2 year agreement that also includes a $150 prepaid Visa card(from what I've seen on several forums there's a 50/50 chance of actually getting the card).

For now I'm just going to leave it alone rather than have someone put more incorrect rate codes on my account and spend another day trying to fix it.

I think the link says you have to sign a 2 year agreement for the streampix. Also if you sign the agreement you get the gift card.
