why am i still being charge an $60 dollar in home service fee?

Hey all, I talked to xfinity chat support about having this 60 dollar home service charged waived last week. I was told they were going to credit it however i just received my bill online today and saw it there was no changed to it., i still have the fee there. also i'm still having issues with my internet service but i don't really care enough anymore to deal with it. but i do care about this fee and i want it removed. old ticket number from the conversation last week is CR789337705.
