Re: what is the tracking code?

Hello jgpete,

I have reviewed your account and the $9.95 charge is for an additional digital box. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

Re: what is the tracking code?

IT appears I am being charged $9.95 for the 2nd box plus $9.95 for a tracking code, which other postings indicate is for the 2nd digital box   Am I being double billed?

Re: what is the tracking code?

Hello Sande52! I would like to help you get a better understanding of your bill. I reviewed your account but was not sure which tracking code you are referring to. Is there anyway you can send me a screen shot of your bill so I can see the code. If so please send this in a private message to protect your privacy.

Re: what is the tracking code?

Well I don't know how to do a screen shot but wouldn't put on here publicly anyway.  I have two Tracking fee charges of $9.95 each and also have charges for my xtra digital boxes.  Guess they used to call them set top boxes.  An above comment from Comcast said the Tracking Code charges were for the digital boxesd-----I don't think so.  Please someone help.  I cannot afford extra charges.  Thank you so much.

Re: what is the tracking code?

Hi Cabincreek! After reviewing your account, I was able to verify the tracking codes you are referring to are related to your additional cable boxes and the associated monthly charge for each piece of equipment.
