stopped receiving ecobill and autopay discount but account still shows ecobill ON and autopay ON.

stopped receiving ecobill and autopay discount but account still shows ecobill ON and autopay ON.

Hi,

This month I did not receive the discount for ecobill/autopay enabled BUT...

ecobill on my account still shows as ON and autopay as ON.

I did not receive a paper bill and the payment was also automatically charged.

 

Can someone explain that?
