I signed up for a free install package and this required that I sign up for TV as well. I don't usually watch television but I figured that the difference between the installed price and free installation made the package worthwhile. My first billing arrived and there was $204.98 worth of installation costs!! I was paying extra installation costs for services I won't use (TV, Phone) and being charged for each separately in addition to the "free" install. This is not free. I had an online chat to try to resolve the issue but the woman was taking forever to get answers and then she said she couldn't help me. I'd ask for a phone call but the next call times are 4 days from now--I've never seen that with callback systems. Usually the longest you have to wait is 30 minutes, not 5760 minutes. There is no way to reach customer service by email which, frankly, is ridiculous. Why do the companies with the worst customer service always limit the ways to contact them?
