it says not to post personal informatio, but someone gave me this link and at the beginning it says to send all my peronsal information to this private comcast employee but there seems to be no way to send the email.

I keep coming off ofpromotions and the bill keeps goingg higher, why can't i just restart under a new peomotion or drop something small but stay with mostly the same thing

Never PM an Official Employee or Expert unless requested.  Sending an unsolicited PM is a violation of Forum Guidelines.  Please read this post.


When you send an unsolicited PM to an Official Employee requesting help or information you are keeping that OE from helping other customers that have responded to the OE's request and who have probably been waiting quite a while for help.  This is a public customer-to-customer forum and we ask that you post your problem in the open so that you can receive the maximum help possible as quickly as possible.

It simply isn't realistic to expect customers to draw that conclusion from the Forum Guidelines ...

If Comcast truly intends that users not send unsolicited PMs, the Guidelines should be edited to state that SIMPLY and CLEARLY. Not even a lawyer would draw the stated conclusion from the Guidelines as currently worded.

okay , so after all the 5 replies, people asking questions of my questons, or understanding that i don't understand the rules, I have gotten nowhere.

so my wife who had found this link that was run by comcast employees of which I used to be one over 10 years ago was supposed to give me answers. i have none.

so this is my last reply.

please respond with a direction and place to call or options to ask for to change this never ending promtional merry go round, or I will have to sucumb to going under and dropping to basic cable and losing my only channel i like, espn, which is not on basic and is not offerred a la carte.
