I'M TRYING TO FIND OUT IF WE CAN GET OUR CABLE BILL EXTENDED UNTIL 6/24/11. WE WERE TOLD WHEN I CALLED IN 6/9/11 THAT WE DIDN'T MAKE A PAYMENT IN APRIL, AND WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID OUR BILL IN THE MONTH IT WAS DUE. MY HUSBAND IS CHECKING WITH HIS BANK TO SEE IF WE PAID THE BILL IN APRIL...I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS CAME ABOUT BUT WE CAN PAY IT IN FULL ON 6/24/11. ANY CONSIDERATION CONCERNING THIS MATTER WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
This is primarily a customer-to-customer forum. We do not have access to your account records.
You will have to call Comcast and ask.
