Hi, we are retiring and on a fixed income and cannot continue to pay for our very expensive comcast bill.  Have been a customer for over twenty years and would like to remain one, but our bill is now over $250 a month.  Please advise as to why a long time customer cannot take advantage of your promotional packages that you offer "new customoers"?  From a customer service and good will viewpoint, that seems very unfair.  We previously attempted to pare down our services, for instance, dropping the voice (land line) service, but only to be told it wouldn't lower our bill at all.  We are ready to unplug our modems and return everything to our nearest Comcast retail store.

Hi @sandomenica. I can assist with a review of the promotional offers available to your account. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
