credit for 6 days without TV because of defective box

Imarch 7-march 12 no tv because of defective comcast box.  I called 6 times and got the earliest repair date.  That was the 12th of March. The repair man said he would report the 6 days without tv and I would receive a credit, as did the agent I spoke with when I got the repair date. I got my bill  yesterday, but there was no credit..  Will it show up on my next bill?

The credit allotted me was $1.16 a day. That would have been for basic TV. I have expanded Channels and was not given for the extra money I pay for them. So, no I am not satisfied. As soon as June comes I will be canceling Comcast.
