closed account, trying to pay bill online

closed account, trying to pay bill online

Hi -

 

I moved on October 31 and closed my account in early November. I checked the site back then and it said I didn't have a balance. My credit report tells me that I DO have a balance and it's in collections now. How do I get this bill paid? The site won't even let me chat with a rep since I don't have a valid account number anymore.
