Hi,

I ordered xinfiy internet service last month but there was no service internet signal at home. I had a tech appoinmet and investigated but could not figure out the issue althout there is no connection issue in house. so I've cancelled my internet service without any usages. However I got monthly bill which has $9.68 amount due. Please adjust and refund it, I did not have any internet usages during installation and I believe I should get money back guareenty for cancellation within 30days. Please let me know if you other information from me.
