Not understanding why my bill is well over $100 again this month. On one of the acct. balances, it tells me it's $98.10, on another, it tells me it's $128.05. I set it up for automatic payments (eco bill), so that I would get an extra $5 off each month. I also ordered only internet service for $49.99 per month with an additional $10.00 for the modem each month. I payed $170.00 (approx) last month and it's this high again....? Could someone please help me understand my bill. I've gone to "chat", to speak with someone at xfinity, but chat never seems to work. It constantly says "connecting to chat", but never does. Thanks for any help!
