Why am I being charged, FOR FIVE MONTHS for something I didn't order???

Why is Comcast charging me for something I didn't order? "Stingray Karaoke." Never heard of it, never ordered it.

 

FIVE MONTHS for something I DID NOT ORDER because it has ZERO VALUE to me.

 

WHY, Comcast??

Comcast needs to do a credit or refund going back to December.
