Who can I contact about my condo's bulk account services?

I am in a condo building that has bulk services. I think those bulk services are just a base level of cable programming.  I'm told that that bulk plan will be ending, but I wasn't given an end date.  Can you contact me so that I can tell you my address and find out the end date?  The next question is: once that bulk plan ends, what will the resulting additional cost be for me if I were to maintain all the same services (or who can I contact to find that out)?
