I did call customer service but I am afraid they will make it worst , if any Comcast employee is reading this , my TKT numer or conf is 042141934, it's extremly annoying and it's before the memorial weekend !! perfect timing !!
Hello, SKORPION2012. I apologize for the frustrating experience you've had getting this resolved. Our system does indeed reflect that you've been in touch with us and a ticket has been opened to correct your account's billing/payments. Please keep me posted if you hear anything on your end regarding a refund. I will monitor your open ticket and will be in touch once I have an update for you.
I am glad sombody is following up on this big messup, however this is one of the reasons why Comcast customer satisfaction is dropping , I spoke to some exec Comcast guys and they always confirmed that they still have a " knot " in that department and they are trying to fix it. I am not here to rant and I am happy when it comes to all the technology but billing issues are a main problem here. I did speak to one of your rep's that day and I can tell you she had no clue what she was doing. Hopefully this will be resolved, I still have faith in Comcast.
Just checked the status of your ticket, SKORPION2012. It's still in the process, I will follow up with you as soon as I get an update.
I can see that the ticket has been resolved and a refund will be processed in the next couple days. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you so much for the help,
Just a follow up on this issue, it was finally somehow resolved. I am lucky to keep a direct number to reach the Comcast executive dept instead of going to all the frustration with cust service. However I was happy to find an agent which helped me out to resolve the problems, she admitted that the support (routed outside of US) did completely messed up my account , unauthorized charges on two different card's up to $800, refund was processed (which is painful since it was an ACH transaction). Instead of ranting and posting online I was taking this way which in the end resolved my problems.
Here is one thing I wanted to say, it still looks like Comcast has a knot in billing issues, and I believe this has to do with some software platforms that can't recalculate the billing to it's original once it's messed up, this was also confirmed by the agent.
Thanks for your feedback, and for letting us know someone was able to get your issue resolved. If you have any other issues in the future in regards to your billing, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to help how we can.
you have removed my previous post about billing problems with Comcast, therefore please allow me to repost this until it is solved , it looks like many other customers have the same identical problem.
