I am trying to remove my phone service from triple play bundle. what a nightmare.
All of a sudden there is no double play bundle for internet and tv, similar to the current package. Every time a call the agents keep giving me different stories.
Think of going back to Direct TV. 15 years with Comcast and they still treat you like dirt.
