Three months/four calls and ready to ditch Xfinity

I've called at least four times already about my bill going up every single month, no one could tell me why and treated me like a dumb person, talking down to me and not explaining things like they where. I checked my bill and found that I'm being charged for an "inactive device" that has NEVER been in my home, the last two persons I spoke with only resolution was to submit a review, pay the bill and hope for a credit..... mmmmm no, why not take off my account and if you find it in my home then back charge. I'm that certain that device is not here. When I signed up I was promised a monthly bill of $74(internet only) and some cents my current bill is $93!!!!!!!!!! I don't have $20 to spare and for $99 I can get double play with Direct TV. No wonder people are ditch big corporates and joining subscription tv programs
